Welcome to BallX AI (the "Service"). By accessing and using the website and related services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this document.

These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to: free users, VIP members, and any individual or organization that accesses our platform.

We reserve the right to update, modify or replace these terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a clear update date.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and must not share your account with any third party. All activity through your account is your responsibility.

Use of the Service for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity violating local or international law.

All analyses, predictions and odds comparisons on the platform are for reference only. We do NOT guarantee the absolute accuracy of any prediction.

BallX AI is not a financial-advice or betting service. Any betting or financial decision based on platform content is solely the user's responsibility.

We are not liable for any financial loss or direct/indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranty, express or implied.

All platform content — including AI algorithms, analytical models, UI, design, text, images and source code — is the intellectual property of BallX AI.

Copying, distributing, modifying or reusing any part of the content without our written consent is strictly prohibited.

IP violations may result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action.

VIP plans grant access to advanced features including detailed analysis, high-accuracy AI predictions and real-time odds comparison.

VIP fees are billed per the selected cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We do not refund completed transactions except where a confirmed technical error on our side has occurred.

We may change VIP pricing with at least 30 days advance notice via email or in-app notification.

Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled at a competent court under the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
